We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

All returned items must be:

• Unopened and in original manufacturer's packaging
• Undamaged and in perfect resaleable condition

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or fitted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note: Original postage and shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

5. Custom & Cut-to-Size Products

Items that have been cut to size, drilled or specially ordered to your specification can only be returned if they are confirmed as faulty or damaged on arrival. These items are non-returnable in all other circumstances.

6. Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders

If you have changed your mind or ordered an incorrect item, you are welcome to return the goods within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return. Shipping costs in these cases are the responsibility of the buyer, and original postage costs are non-refundable.
