Return and refund policy

Refund Policy

You may return your purchase for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items are returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return delivery costs, which are non-refundable. We will only refund postage costs for faulty products.
  • restocking fees will be charged.

Items Received as Faulty

Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it is correct, complete, and undamaged. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please:

  • Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
  • Email us any supporting information, such as photographs.

Upon receiving the item back, we will verify the fault and send a replacement item.

Refund Process
